Every project is scoped individually so you’re never paying for things you don’t need. Brand and commercial photography starts from $550 for a half-day shoot. Videography, product, real estate, and headshot sessions are each quoted based on scope and deliverables. Get in touch and we’ll put together a clear proposal with no fluff.
It depends on the scope. A headshot session might run 1-2 hours. A product shoot can be a half day. A full brand shoot with multiple setups, locations, and talent typically runs a full day. We scope this out with you during briefing so there’s no guesswork on the day.
We deliver quality over volume. A typical half-day shoot yields 30-60 fully edited images. Full-day shoots deliver more. We don’t pad out galleries with near-identical frames – every image delivered is one you can actually use.
Turnaround is 7 days from the shoot date for most projects. Rush delivery within 48 hours is available on request. You’ll receive a private online gallery with download access – no chasing files over email.
Both. We shoot on location across the Sunshine Coast and beyond – your premises, a hired venue, or an outdoor setting that fits your brand. We also have access to studio spaces for clean product and portrait work. Most brand shoots combine both for variety.
Yes. We’re based on the Sunshine Coast but regularly shoot in Brisbane and throughout South East Queensland. Interstate and destination shoots are available – travel costs are quoted separately and kept transparent.
Yes. All delivered images include a commercial licence for use across your marketing – website, social media, print, advertising, and presentations. If you need extended licensing for large-scale or third-party use, let us know and we’ll include it in the quote.
Yes. We shoot and edit brand films, social reels, product videos, and event coverage. Video and photography can be combined in a single shoot to keep things efficient and consistent. Videography starts from $1,200 for a short-form deliverable – scope and pricing are confirmed in your proposal.
Absolutely – and we encourage it. The more direction you bring into the brief, the better the output. We also build our own mood board and shot list during the briefing phase so we’re aligned before the shoot day, not figuring it out on the fly.
For outdoor shoots we monitor the forecast closely and will discuss rescheduling if conditions are going to affect the result. We’d rather push a day than deliver work we’re not happy with. Studio-based work is weather-independent so we can often redirect the scope if needed.
Yes. Monthly and quarterly content retainers are available for businesses that need a regular flow of photography and video for their marketing. These are great for social media, product launches, and seasonal campaigns. Ongoing clients get priority booking and consistent creative direction across every shoot. Retainer pricing is based on shoot frequency and deliverables – get in touch to discuss.
We deliver professionally edited JPEGs as standard. RAW files are available on request for an additional fee. In most cases the edited files are all you’ll need – they’re delivered at full resolution and suitable for both print and digital use.

Yes. Our aerial work is conducted under a current CASA Remote Pilot Licence. We handle all necessary approvals and airspace notifications – you don’t need to worry about the compliance side. Drone shoots are available across the Sunshine Coast and surrounding regions. Pricing is quoted based on location and deliverables.
We ask for at least 48 hours notice to reschedule without a cancellation fee. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee to cover time and preparation. We’re always reasonable about genuine circumstances – just communicate early and we’ll work it out.
